he DCL-300P Drop Clutch allows the hi-hats to be closed when playing double bass. Normal hi-hat action is resumed by simply stepping on the footboard. The locking bottom nut will not loosen no matter how hard you play. A unique "play compensator" maintains prefect latch to clutch contact for "no-play" performance.
